An associate is a licensed service provider that works side by side an educator going through our associates training program.  Our Associate Program is a comprehensive hands-on experience that provides training in the areas of technical skills, guest handling, and business building.  The salon company provides an environment for growth, learning, and support.  It is our commitment that every associate graduates from our program with a seamless transition from associate to stylist with the skills necessary for success in our industry.

 Bird & Belles level system provides a career path of growth and achievement for team members along with offering several options for our guests to meet their diverse needs when it comes to salon services.  Guests may choose the stylist/level that compliments their requests from skill set, to education, to budget.
